Your all in one gym. The Multifunction Express Trainer by Bodyworx is suited for commercial use and can also be set up for home use. This gym has an array of options from dip handles to improve strength in your chest and triceps to the pull up bars. You have the options to squat; chest press or shoulder press utilising the smith machine or workout using free weights at the front of the rack.
