1. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For more details, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy.
2. How can I start a return? To initiate a return, contact us at info@gymequipment.com.au with your order number and product details. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
3. What do I do if my item arrives damaged or faulty? Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@gymequipment.com.au with your order number and a description of the issue (photos or videos if possible). 4. Can I cancel my order? Orders cannot be cancelled or altered once placed. For cancellations due to change of mind prior to dispatch, certain fees will apply. Please see our Pre-Order Cancellation Section for more details.
5. Do you offer refunds for change of mind? We do not provide refunds or replacements for change of mind on purchases or pre-orders. For more information, refer to our Pre-Order Cancellation Section.
6. What are the delivery times? Delivery times vary based on your location within Australia. We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but delivery times are not guaranteed. For specific inquiries, please contact us.
7. Which courier companies do you use? We use several courier companies, including Hunter Express, Couriers Please, Pack & Send, Toll, TNT, Northline, Australia Post, The Melbourne Courier Company, and various local couriers.
8. Can I track my order? Yes, you can track your order once it has been dispatched. You will receive a tracking number via email.
9. What payment methods do you accept? We accept various payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Afterpay, and Zip Money.
10. Are there any additional fees for refunds or cancellations? Yes, cancellations may incur a 2.5% fee for credit card refunds or a 5% fee for Afterpay and Zip Money refunds, along with a picking/restocking fee. Please refer to our Pre-Order Cancellation Section for more details.
11. Can I return sale items or gift cards? Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
