Pre-Orders: Once placed, pre-orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged as they are custom-made to order.
Change of Mind: We are not obligated to offer refunds or replacements for change of mind on any purchases or pre-orders.
Order Cancellation Fees: Cancellations are at the discretion of the shop. If we do approve the cancellation, the following fees will apply:

Credit Card Refund: 2.5% of the order value in addition to the picking and restocking fee.

Afterpay and Zip Money Refund: 5% of the order value in addition to the picking and restocking fee.

Picking/Restocking Fee: 10% of the order and shipping costs back to us.
Order Processing: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or altered. Our automated warehouse dispatch system processes orders immediately, preventing any changes once the order is confirmed by the customer.
Returns: If you decide to return a product after receiving it, the item must be unused, not installed, and in its original shipping carton within 10 days of receipt. The return shipping cost will be covered by the customer. An inspection will be conducted upon receipt of the return, and a restocking fee of 10% of the product value will be applied. If the item is found to be damaged, the restocking fee may increase up to 50%. For products that are partially or completely opened, you will need to securely repack and ship them back to us. Refunds will be issued minus the original shipping cost to you.
Restocking Fees: You will be notified of any applicable restocking fees once the inspection is complete.
Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping and handling fees are not refundable under any circumstances.

3. Which courier companies do you use? We use several courier companies, including Couriers Please, Toll, TNT, Aramex, Australia Post. For larger items we have a fast in-house service.
