1. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For more details, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy.
2. How can I start a return? To initiate a return, contact us at info@gymequipmentmelbourne.com.au with your order number and product details. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
3. What do I do if my item arrives damaged or faulty? Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@gymequipmentmelbourne.com.au with your order number and a description of the issue (photos or videos if possible). We will work with you to resolve the problem.
4. Can I cancel my order? Orders cannot be cancelled or altered once placed and shipped. For cancellations due to change of mind prior to dispatch, certain fees will apply. Please see our Pre-Order Cancellation Section for more details.
5. What are the delivery times? We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
